The world is moving into globalization. The industrial sector is emerging as a major business in the world today. So, there will be more jobs available for many people. But, given the situation, why does factories still opt to employ children as their worker or labour when there are still many unemployed adults in the country?

I think it is because they can save money when they use a child worker because they can pay them less. This way, the cost of production will be much more cheaper and they will get more profit.
I also think money is the main factor for this problem. But I want to put it in the economic view. Some employers hire children because they can pay them less. They also offer bad working conditions because children do not complain. For example working in mines. So, in this case the employers are exploiting the children to work. This is bad for the children because they don’t know how to protect their rights and will always be exploited.
